Altered by We Crave

Altered, created by We Crave Food Design Studio, explores the transformation of ingredients while preserving their purity. Led by founder Vanessa Redondo, the concept blends high-end techniques, minimalism and a deep respect for each ingredient’s essence to redefine everyday dining. We Crave works at the intersection of food and design, approaching gastronomy through experimentation, deconstruction and sensorial storytelling. The photoshoot focused on capturing each dish as a refined object of transformation—clean compositions, intentional space and textures that highlight purity. The images reflect Altered’s core vision: innovation rooted in authenticity.
